Smooth, slippery Inaniwa style udon noodles and a fresh tuna dish are the best combination; enjoy with clean and safe yamato-imo (Japanese yam), harvested in the company’s farm.
One of the three major udons in Japan, Inaniwa udon is famous for its clear, thin noodles and silky smoothness. The noodles are even more delicious when served with Yama-donko sauce, a dipping sauce prepared with deep-flavored dashi broth.
