Our COVID-19 Policy
We have taken the following steps to preserve the safety of all customers.
Disinfection
To ensure the safety of customers, we have alcohol hand sanitizers at the entrance to each facility. We also disinfect high-touch areas after the use of each day.

Ventilation
Air conditioning and ventilation systems are constantly working to bring in fresh air.
Preventing Closed Space
To avoid situations where many people gather in a poorly-ventilated crowded closed space, the smoking areas in venue are closed for the time being.
Preventing Splashes
We offer equipment to prevent the spread (partitions for splash protection, etc.). Hand dryers in restrooms are unavailable, so please be sure to bring a handkerchief, etc.
Ensuring Social Distancing
Depending on the event, we recommend a socially-distanced layout. Seats in resting areas such as foyer and concourse are placed with social distancing.
Catering Services (Supplied by the Designated Caterers)
The caterers will propose the catering services of mitigating the risk of “contact infection” and “droplet infection.”
Workplace Health and Safety
Our staff are instructed to wear masks and check their daily physical condition (check temperature every morning, etc.).

We kindly ask our customers to take the following measures.
Preventing the Spread of Infection
Wash and disinfect your hands, wear masks, and observe coughing/sneezing etiquette in our facility. In addition, hand driers in the washrooms at our facilities are currently out of operation, so please be sure to bring a handkerchief, etc.
Checking Health Condition
If you are not feeling well, please visit another time. Customers who have a fever or other symptoms will be asked to refrain from entering.
Installing COVID-19 Contact-Confirming Application
Consider the use of COVID-19 Contact-Confirming Application (COCOA) developed by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, and give prior notice in case it will be used.

COCOA is an application using the short-range communication function (Bluetooth) on smartphones, upon user approval, to receive notification about the possibility of contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19, while ensuring anonymity for privacy.

Request to Event Organizers
Event organizers are requested to take thorough the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's "new lifestyle" with the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) as well as various industry guidelines measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Prior to an event, we have a briefing with an event organizer and relevant parties to ensure a safe environment for customers.
Considering Event Details
◆Plan event avoiding 3Cs (closed spaces, crowded places, close-contact setting)
◆Avoid the risk of contact infection and droplet infection among speakers and participants
◆Consider seating arrangements and layouts ensuring social distancing
◆Adapt the registration process and set-up to avoid queue onsite
◆Conduct temperature checks or ask attendees to report temperature before entering venue
◆Collect attendees’ contact information when they register for the event

Our Response to Suspected Case
Emergency Response
We have clearly defined how to respond to and report a suspected case of infection. We will respond quickly in cooperation with Health and Welfare Center of the ward office of City of Yokohama.
Establishing Designated Isolation Rooms
We have set up designated isolation rooms in addition to the permanent first-aid rooms.
